IBM 1401 Mainframe Computer
The IBM 1401 is a variable-wordlength decimal computer that was announced by IBM on October 5, 1959

October 2023 I purchased a real 1401 control panel ( pictured below )
My plans are to connect it to a Raspberry Pi or a FPGA to emulate the real computer

I am creating a virtual IBM 1403 printer so you can re-direct printer output from a emulator like SimH i1401 ( or your own 1401 ! )
